We know your pets are family. That's why Alicante Apartment Homes is a pet-friendly community. Please review our pet policy below, and contact us with any questions. We look forward to meeting you and your furry friends!
Alicante Apartment Homes
participates in the Pet Appreciation with Sequoia (PAWS) program. The maximum adoption fee reimbursement is $250. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 90 days of adoption. All dog breeds are accepted; see office staff for details.
We also partner with an innovative company called PooPrints which has effectively reduced and even eliminated un-scooped dog waste around the community, keeping our pets and residents happier and healthier.
We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home.
Pet Fees:
Pet Deposit: $500 per pet
Dog Rent: $50/month per dog
Cat Rent: $25/month per cat
